I had the great pleasure to meet Mirka at ECCC 2021 (Emerald City Comic Con) in Seattle, WA, held December 2-5, 2021!

I tried to get on her commission list each day as she takes only a few commission spots per day. Each day, I wasn�t able to get to her table in time to get on her list.

Come Sunday morning of the show, to my surprise, her list was empty! I was very fortunate and managed to get on her list. I asked for a 9x12 Catwoman in Darwyn Cooke style costume in black ink/gray copics.

This is what she came up with! A new favorite commission since Tim Sale!

Her sharp claws and the bats on the side are great detailed touches that add great personality.
