Ok, I'm going to get grief for this but, honestly, this totally reminds me of the old Richie Rich comics. Yes, yes, I know Scrooge was around long before Richie but I grew up with RR and it really, really reminds me of those.

Definitely the dollar signs on the page that gives off the Richie Rich look. Even though he's very much a moneybags guy, Scrooge would rather swim in the moneybin than be outdoors.
