Description

The caption reads: "OK! OK! He'll join you guys in a drink!" A cartoon inscribed "To Jim from old Vip Partch," with "Lefton's, NY," on the back (along with Partch's Monterey. CA mailing address). The person I bought this from on Ebay some years ago seemed to think this was given to a bar owner, but I don't know any details, including the date. Nor do I know if this was published. Ink on 8 1/2 x 11" typewriter paper.
