This is the steller Jim Craig art he was putting doen during the late 70's and early 80's. All very impressive in the amount of art that emerges within every panel. The bondage is done with a cartoony style to undercut the edge as we get a dastardly looking villain in the 3rd panel.

Jim worked as Michael Ploog's assistant prior to getting work at Marvel (doing background on his Planet of the Apes magazine artwork), so I tend to see his influence on work like this.

Those first two panels are so effective I had to remember that they weren't really censoring any more at this point. Great page!
