This looks like a large piece for Moldoff to put this much text and intricate work in the small inset and the blue symbol. The work with the wings has a silken feathery touch. The colors pushes this over the top.

Love Hawkman by Shelly. This is a great example. The wings and feathers are what sets the original Hawkman from other artists. The fine lines and inking are great. This is a very nice example.
