Got this through the ComicLink auction. Looks like Mike drew this at San Diego Comic Con 1994. Don't have any other info on it other than that. I'm a huge fan of Mike's run on the Flash and happy to have this great representation of his run on the book.

Wieringo's run on the Flash was legendary at the time when all DC big events were happening in the 90's. His line is slick and powerful in this vintage work.
