Description

Here are Joe's original pencils for his depiction of Jay Garrick the original Flash.

Michael Finn was the orignal owner of this superb depiction of the fist speedster.

For the life of me I cannot understand why the Inkwell Awards never approached Michael to utilize this work done by Joe for the annual Sinnott inking challenge.

This is a nice way to end a somewhat different All Star April.
