I was reading the collected volumes of Paper Girls roughly around the time that I first started looking into buying original Art in early 2020 and thought it would be fun to pick up a page from the series. Unfortunately, by the time I discovered Chiang's stuff on Felix's site all the pages featuring the titulary girls were long gone. I'd been keeping an eye out ever since because I thought the series and the Art were both really cool.. but even though there are close to 800 pages from the series I was just never seeing any pop up for sale. So when this one came up for auction, and it featured all 4 of the girls, I committed myself to getting it. I reckon I overpaid for it, but this is one of those instances where I can cross something off my list as one and done. Genuinely really loved the books, it's a great page, with all 4 girls on it (+ a future Tiff), and I don't see myself getting rid of it anytime soon, so... quite happy with the purchase!

Disclaimer: I was not aware that they were making a live action show on Amazon prior to seeing that comment in the auction listing, so definitely not a speculative pick-up because of that. I'm now excited to see what the show will be like but no matter the impact it might have on the market for PG pages (positive, negative, or none)... I've got mine purely bsaed on my appreciation of the original material and that's immutable to me.

Pretty cool page from an important storyline up to that point going to the future and finding out what happened to their future selves.
