DescriptionThis cover is from the 90’s era when Jim and Scott were creating some exciting new titles and artwork. Divine Right was a series with a really interesting premise, but sadly, was short lived. The artwork of course was phenomenal and this page IMHO is the best of the series. It depicts Tobruk heroically leaping into battle with his fantastic green sword, while Brande and Max fight in the foreground and background respectively. Nobody does anatomy, faces, and layouts quite like Jim Lee. This is another check off my bucket list.Social/Sharing |

Impressive famed cover from Jim Lee and Scott Williams after Heroes Reborn where they leaned into the modern fantasy genre that was finding plenty of media crossover interest in the hot Image properties.

An epic cover to an epic series. Jim was clearly having a blast on this book. This is everything you'd want in a Jim Lee cover.

Yikes! What a fantastic cover for Divine Right by the legendary team of Jim Lee and Scott Williams! This is from the epic era in the 1990's that built their reputatiions. From the heroic poses of Jim Lee to the intricate inking of Scott WiIliams, this cover has it all!

Jim really couldn't have made this cover any better... unless he tossed Exotica in the mix! Amazing piece from my all time favorite Wildstorm series.

one of my all time favorite covers! although i think that the initial inspiration for that dramatic pose was inspired by the cover of Conan's Treasury Edition from 1979, drawn by the iconic John Buscema
