This is only a few paint strokes away from a finished illustration. This is a really tight prelim.

Yes it is. Really loved it when I saw it. I like Norem's work in all the steps from pencil sketch to finished oil painting.

Really high level stuff for 1991 era of Conan when being bolder and in your face was taking over the artform. Conan was already there.
