I have been wanting a page from Creepshow for quite a while now, but they do not pop up that often. When I saw this on HA, I knew I had to try and get it. I'm very happy to add this to my collection.

From HA: Bernie Wrightson Stephen King's Creepshow Story Page 8 Original Art (New American Library, 1982). This page is from the adaptation of the story "They're Creeping Up On You" from George Romero and Stephen King's EC Comics inspired horror anthology film. This page was produced in gouache and ink on illustration board with an image area of 12.5" x 16".

This one hits the right nerve for anyone who's ever found a bug in their home. Wrightson's made his even more scary than the movie with every image of desperation and despair captured and frozen for us to study and linger in our memories.

So you got this! I am not surprised. Wrightson was the perfect (and, honestly, only) choice to take King & Romero's cinematic tribute to EC horror comics and turn them back into... comics. Cheers!
