Full Splash image of the return of the Demon Biis, Azrael's original arch-villain created by Joe Quesada and Dennis O'Neil for the Batman: Sword of Azrael miniseries back in 1992.

When this page was created, some unnamed brainiac misspelled his name as Biz, but then it was digitally corrected it for the comic.

They obviously designed it to be a Simon Bisley type of monster as he was kicking butt and being recognized both in the UK and US during the early 90's.
