So for 2022 I have taken a sabbatical from collecting original art for several reasons.

However this popped up in my email the other day and coming the day before turning 70 featuring the origin of my favorite all time DC character it seemed like kismet and I bought it.

Clean artwork with a neat and tidy finish. A moment in the origin of Green Arrow that shows his self doubt right in the center panel. Did he wait too long to stop this from escalating? Will Ollie freeze at the moment of truth? The page builds great tension to be resolved in a later page.

Way back when, at a local convention, Arne Starr has said that he helped Giordano ink this story.
