Beautifuuly staged gothic romance horror! Bald captures the atmopsheric melodrama with dark inks and convincing facial expressions. The show had just ended its series run on TV that Friday 4/2/71 before this Sunday.

Don't see many of these...I used to clip the Sundays from a tabloid New York paper which, for some reason, I was able to buy here at Chris' News in Pennsylvania. Ah, sweet nostalgia. Where have you gone, Joe DiMaggio (and Barnabas!)? Ken Bald did a sweet job on this strip, even if the likenesses sometimes weren't too spot on (intentionally, perhaps?).
