Description

11x17 commission by Herb Trimpe 2013. I love the classic Hulk 181 pose but the coloring makes this character come to life.

I'm actually the third owner of this piece but I was luckily and proudly able to track down the provenance directly to the original owner. I was also able to confirm with his rep and friend Jeff that this piece was completely penciled, inked, and colored (likely in marker) by Herb Trimpe. Jeff informed me Mr. Trimpe did not create many colored Wolverine commissions so I'm fortunate to own this piece. If you own a colored Wolverine piece by Herb Trimpe let me know. I would love to see other versions he created.

Great one bub. You're right, don't see many colored Trimpe Wolvies around.
