Description

In the story "Dirty Tricks," An infatuated fangirl fittingly known as "Trouble" walks a tightrope above Manhattan, goading Mitchell Hundred into rescuing her from falling. Note the combination of "love" and "death" icons festooning her suit. The story hearkens back to Silver Age Lois Lane misadventures, with a more realistic outcome: After she forces a kiss from him, he knocks her lights out.

The first few pages of #39 contain a flashback, so storywise, these two pages are consecutive, even though they come from different issues. The first page was cropped a bit on the left side and top for publication, probably to enlarge Trouble and make her more prominent. I posted the second page on CAF a year and a half before acquiring the first, then updated the picture.
