DescriptionCursed Pirate Girl is one of the most amazing looking books in recent memory. Nate Pride rises to the occasion for Anthony Carpenter's series of commissions which homaged X-Men #141 with various characters. Fun fact: John Byrne says that even for the X-Men covers that he drew, he did not design them. Ed Hannigan was the artist who designed UXM #141, perhaps inspired by a Golden Age image of Batman and Robin in the spotlight.Social/Sharing |

Nate Pride really got inspired to do this one as you can see each section of the piece has something that takes the idea and makes it unique to his own style.
