DescriptionHey CAF'ers raise your hand if you remember this issue/cover (Spidey unmasks goblin and then there is a goblin behind him! Double goblins!I remember this whole story line was a big head-fake, we were coming of a lot of clones and then bam, double goblins - clearly a clone! But, alas, it wasn't (no spoilers). This page has 6 panels of Goblin on Goblin insane action artistically story-told by Andru. Plus this maybe the best bit of editorial writing on any page I have: "Like grotesque gargoyles loosed from some nightmare, the emerald-clad adversaries clash in mindless fury!" My current brain boggles at what my 9yr old brain must have made of that. At least it was helping me with the SAT unbeknownst to me at the time! Enjoy, color in alt images. Social/Sharing |

Goblin-centric page packed with action. I have not read this story, but am very pleased to hear that there were double goblins.

Great conclusion to the Bart Hamilton saga and also comes full circle from the clone disposal storyline. My 12 year old brain also thought that Bart was tied up by Harry, but wow, was I surprised.
I've done much research on Ross Andru's real life references used on his Amazing Spider-Man run. Here Ross sets the action at the Gravesend Incinerator, although it was never named here or in Issue 151 either. It's spot on, as usual.

I remember the cover with Spidey and the back of the 2nd Green Goblin who is unmasked! Great action page!
