DescriptionVery sad to hear the passing of Master Kim Jung Gi today. This is a commission from 2016 SDCC. I asked for Ninja Turtles. He didn't need any references. He added Bebop and April on his own and still using no references. It just didn't seem human when he was putting this together. Apologies for the lighting in the photo. The piece is too big for my scanner. Social/Sharing |

Arguably the most incredible talent at drawing I've ever seen. Very sad to hear of his so untimely passing. Congrats on this striking piece and thanks for sharing!

RIP Kim Jung Gi. One of many examples of how incredibly talented he really was. Thanks for sharing, Larry.

His art is wall to wall, balls to the wall in how he attacked the drawing! Seeing him work was a live performance every time. The creativity and its impact can be seen here and all across pieces he left to us.

Unreal composition. Was really amazing just seeing him start a page go, with no laying anything out. He will be missed. RIP.
