Description

Given his track record for stellar advice, Lambo urged me to go check out the work of Jon Wayshak. Once again, he was right in pointing me in a direction.

While it was too late in the NYCC weekend to try and get some sort of con sketch done, I did go through his stack of originals and found this painting of Nick Fury that I liked, so I snagged it.

Looking forward to seeing Wayshak at a Con again soon so I can get him in one of my sketchbooks.

I've been living with a Lambo in my head
I've been hoping to find a con sketch my friend
I've seen Fury for not long
Trapped in the past
It’s just too soon to move on

I've been snagging all my hopes and dreams today
Just in case I ever need them again someday
It’s been NYCC time
To clear a little space in the sketchbook that’s all mine

All I want to do is find a Wayshak that I love
I can't make it through without a Wayshak that I love

Love Wayshak's work, man! This is the first time I've seen it in color though and it's just as exceptional. Congrats!
