Description

Smitten by the phenomenal contrast and composition of his Daredevil piece, I wanted to try Pablo's hand at an MCU Captain America scene.

I gave him artist's choice and he came back with two options: Cap vs. Iron Man or Cap vs. Crossbones. Since no artist had drawn Crossbones for me yet, and I already have a few Iron Man confrontations in tow, I chose the latter.

The result was spectacular. Pablo sets the scene beautifully by framing it against the ramshackle backgrounds, and the tones he used for Mr. Rumlow provides a nice visual separation between him and Cap.

Many thanks to Nico Risso for arranging this, and to Pablo for helping me add another splendid scene rendition to my collection.

Beauty Crossbones but I don't envy that punch that is about to head his way. Poor Crossbones. Try to roll with it.
