DescriptionTales to Astonish #61 Twice-up splash featuring Gaint-Man & the Wasp by Steve Ditko! How many twice-up Marvel Super-hero splash pages are out there by Steve Ditko? Not many! If this were a Spider-Man splash it would be the price of a house! Lots of value here! This happens to be the only Giant-Man splash page ever drawn by Ditko. What I like about this page is it has 7 images of the Wasp on it. In the text box they also mention the new car in the corner built by Tony Stark. It's no Batmobile, but still kinda cool! Social/Sharing |

We've all seen plenty of those multi-image "character in motion" pages, usually featuring Spider-Man or Daredevil, but one featuring the Wasp? Now that's a rarity. And drawn by Steve Ditko, no less? Awesome!

I would have loved to be in that club and seen this show in person as a kid! Better than any clown or Señor Wences! But witnessing the Marvel Ditko club here is a privilege in itself!

Be still my heart! All those wonderful images of the winsome Wasp! I'm overcome...and also quite jealous. Fantastic title splash, West!!

Great Splash by Ditko. I love the old school representations of Tony Stark - he looks like such a lech.

Such a COOL page and awesome blurb about Tony Stark's car invention. At twice up, must be super impressive in person!!

That there is a true hero. So brave. I'm not sure I be doing handstands with my junk up in the air while I'm being circled by a swarm of wasps.
