Description

My heyday for acquiring Bruce Timm artwork was the late 1990’s. Through all the years since, I kept looking, especially when going to SDCC from 1995-2014 when an early visit to the Albert Moy booth was routine. Seeing Bruce for his annual sketchbook was a regular stop, too. Flesk Publications released Naughty and Nice: The Good Girl Art of Bruce Timm in 2012 and The Big Tease in 2020. I kept looking at Albert’s updates and found this Black Canary with the right qualities and price for me. I saved on shipping by meeting Albert at the inaugural Fan Expo San Francisco on Thanksgiving weekend.

Very nice sketch! Done on the lined paper means it wasn't originally done for sale and more to work on ideas.

Lovely! I can imagine what Timm's homework must have looked like back in his school days. Hope the teacher held on to it
