Description

John Severin is also well known for his war comic art in EC's Frontline Combat and Two-Fisted Tales and Warren's Blazing Combat. He also worked on Marvel's Captain Savage and His Leatherneck Raiders, Sgt. Fury and His Howling Commandos, and The 'Nam, among others. He recreated his Yellow Claw cover for a Christie's Marvel auction held in 1995.
