DescriptionBeen thinking about what to say when posting this one… usually I always have something to say.. but this piece left me speechless when it showed up at my doorstep and still gets me a bit choked up, And in this case not because of how amazing the art is (and the art is amazing ). But because of how awesome my friends are. I have made a lot of friends in this hobby… and some very tight friends … and a couple of these friends knew I had some personal stuff that was bumming me out during the Hollidays … so James (friend 1) wanted to cheer me up.. so he came with an idea for a piece he knew I would love.. then reached out to Eranga (friend 2) to make it real. The collaboration came up with a piece homaging the famous Adam Kubert splash from Wolverine 93 … but replacing the Juggernaut with the Goblin Queen (one of my faves) and making Wolverine a littler frisky lol. Eranga absolutely blew this one out of the park.. the man is incredibly talented but you can see this one meant something to him .,. And that shows me what my friendship means to him. And James… we all know he is the nicest guy in the hobby… but apparently he is the most thoughtful too! Thank you so much my friends!Social/Sharing |

We started out as little punks with nothing. We got beat up by the pros until we said we had enough. This throbbing art belies a sensitive and charming demeanor. Nonetheless, the Late Night Poster will get their just desserts 🧁.

I really like this image, not to mention the characters and the posing of it. Even better is the story behing it all. Nice add and certainly thanks for sharing!

Sweet homage, but a killer piece of art in its own right by my man, E. Love how tall GQ is, too, with them hellish heels. Kudos to James and Eranga for making it happen - again, sweet image, but even suh-weeter gesture! Congrats, bud!

Great sentiments and nice that a community of nostalgia and art enthusiasts can come together in a variety of ways. Fantastic art by Eranga, playful and captures the characters well. I definitely enjoy the composition and play on their height difference.
