DescriptionThough not art itself, this is a rare and interesting art-related artifact. A 1975 reply from publisher Jim Warren (on his stationery) to a request for art. You gotta admire Joel for trying. This approach apparently worked with some artists, back in the days before everyone was charging just to get an autograph. Signed by Warren.Social/Sharing |

With a killer line up of artists working for Warren in 1975, there would have been some nice stuff with Creepy, Eerie, and Vampirella.

Don't go bug eyed on the thought! First you would require a time machine and then organise a break in at the offices... Thats breaking the law. You might go to jail. Wait a minute...You have a precedent...It was good enough for The President at the time to arrange break ins. Even if you get caught you won't go to prison. You might even get interviewed on tv by David Frost.

I'm Liddy at the thought. I'll have some plumbers working to keep it secret.
