Description

Alexis Ziritt is single-handedly responsible for getting me back into comics. After being away from the medium for many years, reading Space Riders opened my eyes to a whole other form of comic art and visual storytelling I had not yet seen. Every time I thought about returning to the books, I would recall them as a film in my head. The art clearly fired up my imagination and my excitement for what was possible. I love the over-the-top action, energy, and humor of this page. Just cracking that guy's face with a *PUFF*... you can hear it and feel it, as if in slow mo. It also reveals much more in the margins than could be printed in the book. Such a great series, such a great artist.

So brutal! The consequences of power and violence are so immensely dark to subvert what we usually see in our fighting comics!
