Description

Back in 2005, I got nearly a dozen artists to ink a circa 1980 pencil pin-up by Jim Janes. This version is by one of the all-time greats, Dick Giordano. Dick inked the piece on vellum placed over a blue line print out. Also included a side-by-side image of the pencils and final inked piece.

Hulk's anger is so intense that even the fire hydrant catches fire! With Jane's work on Legion and Green Lantern of the time, you can be sure he knew how to put together a team image and a green guy image!

I think you should get all of these colored by Tom Smith. Tom Smith's color art and art collection. Some samples of My Mural work, color work, paintings, and commissions. I'm a 26 year veteran colorist/painter in the comic industry and I have work on many top comics for Marvel, DC ,Choas, First , Topps ,Event , Gorilla , Top Cow , and a lot of other comic companies over those 26 years. I have worked on Avengers,Hulk ,Brave and the Bold, X Men 2099 , Venom,Spiderman, JLA,JSA,Ambush Bug and many others now I can add Star Trek , Dr Who , Terminator ,AstroBoy and Star Trek Crew for IDW comics. My favorite project was the AVENGERS /JLA cross company crossover with George Perez and Kurt Busiek for Marvel & DC Comics. I also own and run my own Mural /Faux painting business Artistic Illusions Inc. here in my home state of New Jersey.
