DescriptionFrom 'Lost in the Funhouse' issue. One of my favorite X issues. Of all the amazing X artists, I always felt Alan captured the depth of Claremont's writing the best - I think it's the way he drew eyes.Social/Sharing |

Alan Davis has always been an excellent draftsman and the few X-Men issues he drew during the 1980's are all gems. Scoring any page from them is an accomplishment, but one with Logan is a real coup!

It's right in the groove of when Davis made his mark on the X-Men between his UXM and Excalibur and has that right touch of class.

I'm so glad you got this page, if it wasn't you I would have chased it. Absolutely love the panels of Wolverine reforming, very WATCHMEN-esque. Beautiful Davis work in his prime. Congrats and thank you for sharing on here.

Classic X goodness! Nice top to bottom storytelling, and really dig his Wolvie in panel 7. Back from a drop o' blood! Congrats!

This was a trippy annual, and this is the coolest sequence of panels from the book. Davis did his usual brilliant work.

Fabulous Alan Davis X-Men page. Love the composition of the page and the powerful visual storytelling. And it's all helped by the strong inks by Paul Neary.
