Description

8x11 paper sheet with art in pencil, colored pencil and pen. As to be expected, Jill perfectly captures the playful and innocents demeanor of this member of The Endless. She blows bubbles in the shapes of a heart, hand and tea cup. Spirals, an eye and a cat float around her. Dressed in a vest, polka dot boxers and fishnet stockings. Signed by Jill at lower right. Undated but purchased by me c. 2000. Her run on Sandman remains at the top of my list among the legendary artists that worked on Neil Gaiman's masterpiece.
