Description

I read an interview with Wes where he said he deliberately wanted to show how small the kids were against the harsh landscape. It's something you see a few times in the opening pages along with Kaya's face of determination.

The stark open space does a great job of instilling a sense of isolation and forces more focus on these two defined by the art in ink and hues of blue.
