Description

The pony belonged to Archie Roosevelt, son of Teddy Roosevelt. Quentin, Archie�s brother, brought the pony inside to cheer up Archie when he was sick.

Very unique concept and fun collection of presidential history! Very much deep cut trivia for even the most ardent of history buffs.

I love the story behind this. When my daughter had her bilateral hip surgery and was in a full body cast, her horse therapy group contacted a different horse therapy program, that uses minature horses for indoor hospital therapy, to come into our home and cheer her up. It was so inspiring and uplifting what they did for our daughter. She was so thrilled to be with a horse even even though she couldn't ride. Awesome piece and thanks for sharing.
