Per this theme folder, I acquired this at one of Bill's direct artist sales - Michael Avon Oeming.

This is the art for the cover of volume 4 issue 2 published in 2014 - I added the published cover as an additional image.

Great design that shows up better in this clean b&w form. The straight line down the middle for the arm is so sharp and cuts the cover in two right there. Made all the more noticable by the inks of the looming shadow of the figure above them, which is us!

Beautiful cover from Michael Avon Oeming for the 90s comic miniseries, Powers. I always liked the clean, simple style Oeming used drawing Powers, which was inspired by the style of Batman: The Animated Series. This is a great example from the miniseries.
