DescriptionTale of Suspense 94 "If this be... MODOK!"Glad to add this one to my collection. Kirby was engaged and riding high at this time. Note the MODOK face in the screen in the bottom left panel, hidden among the Kirby Krackle. Sinnott's inks add a sort of gloss to his pencils, but in a different way than he did when inking the Fantastic Four. Social/Sharing |

Jack and Joe at their absolute peak !!!
Would have loved to see a run on Cap as long as their legendary run on FF.

Phenomenal page! The Kirby/Sinnott magic on full display. Had a great discussion with some art friends just a few days back about Jack and Joe. One of them told me he was looking for a Kirby/Sinnott FF page. I mentioned this page, then asked him what was more important. That it was a great Jack/Joe page, or that it was an FF page? He insisted it had to be FF. For myself, if I had this page, I would be more than content to end my search for a classic and definitive Kirby/Sinnott example. By the way, maybe it's just me and the way my crazy head works, but every time I look at the amazing top panel, I can't help but picture it as one of Jack's classic double page spreads. Can you imagine? Wow! Congrats buddy!
