Description

This was probably a commissioned illustration of all “The Stuff of Legend” main characters from the first few volumes of the series in the style of Mike Zeck’s Secret Wars #1 cover (signed “After Zeck’s” by CP Wilson). It’s an incredibly well done piece in graphite & ink and measures 11” by 17” on Bristol board.

The back appears to be a preliminary for another cover illustration (with the characters in toy form) but I can’t identify it. If you have any info, please let me know.

This is the stuff of legends. CP Wildon III is an excellent artist. 2 pieces of art in one. Nice pickup.
