Derf Backderf redrew this scene (My Friend Dahmer p76 and p78).
He redrew the last panel as a splash page with the text: "I just wanted to see what it looked like".

Since Derf is not planning to sell any published "My Friend Dahmer" art (unless for crazy money) this is the best I could find...
