So cool that Cyclops is talking down Wolverine and talling him not to go into action for fear of being busted by the law. It perfectly sums up this schism of Wolverine as a man of action and Scott being the level headed one! Byrne's art in that fifth panel is great with claws ready to be redirected in Cyclops' direction.
