Baker is in top form in this episode from the serialized adventures of a heroic Romani dancer. Writer/editor Ruth Roche raved about "the magic touch of Matt Baker's brush", and here is a sample of what she meant. Hailed as a pioneering African-American comics artist in the new-for-2020 book, Invisible Men, from Yoe Books/IDW Publ, Baker's work was definitive of comics' Good Girl Art idiom.
