DescriptionHuge fan of Image comics and of Whilce Portacio-- a legend and my countryman. When it came out, Wetworks was one of the better done titles from that publisher, with terrific characterization and world-building on top of that sweet, gritty, and bloody Portacio/Williams/Chiodo artwork.Original line art form that is probably beyond my means to acquire, but I was ecstatic to see this available. Joe would take photocopies of the inked pages and color over them with high quality markers to produce these color guides, which would be handed off to Wildstorm's coloring department to produce the final colors that were seen in print. I love how close the printed page is to this guide. This page has the complete Team 7, unfortunately without Mother 1. I'm just floored to have a piece of Wetworks 01. Social/Sharing |
