Description

What's the point of starting a Spider-Man Friends, Foes, and Family Sketchbook if you aren't going to kick it off with Spider-Man?

I wanted Spidey to be drawn by an old-school, clean artist who had penciled a lot of Spider-Man comics and who always delivers on commissions. So, Ron Frenz it was and no regrets are to be had! A fantastic corner box homage to drive home the classic feel, this starts off my new book with style and class (and quality)!

Great with the unmistakable cornerbox from the early 80's. Always struck me as distinctive to Spider-Man with the curved forward leg and compact design. The added Spider-Sense is a nice add to Frenz's signature black column background element.

Ron Frenz is a perfect choice for the artist to start off a Spider-Man theme sketchbook! This piece came out great. I'm looking forward to seeing the future additions to your book.
