Nice energy to the composition to break out of the center column with lots of energy going in all directions!

Is that done on a woven paper? It seems to be in some of the colored areas. It really adds textured to the coat, cape and scarf. A lovely commission, congrats!

Yes, it's woven paper. I need to scan it again to get rid of the white arrow. Not sure why I get that sometimes when scanning art.
