I think this was an eBay win. This page is oversized and has overlays on it. I started to try to peel the overlays back to get a scan of the board art only. But, there are a few different tapes and I didn't want to tear them. Who decides the use of overlays instead of putting that art directly on the board - the penciller or inker? Overlays are an alternative to paste-ups? It was a challenge trying to get a good scan. I hope this one does the artwork justice.

I did not realize, until recently, the middle panel is used on the flipside of Nomad's entry in the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe Master Edition sheet, kind of cool.

Glad and lucky to acquire this artwork. Thanks to James Fry and Mark McKenna for creating it.

Love it! I bid on this page on ebay too man - thought I had it and was at a buddy's house and couldn't watch at the last second when it ended, then realized my high bid wasn't enough and I had lost it. I was super bummed! These days I would have gone higher but back then I thought I had gone high enough to get it. Glad you were the one who ended up with it. I love this classic page. I grabbed the other one that the seller had listed at the same time once I lost this one though - it was like a second place finish. I'll admit though I like this page better. Nice one Bo!
