Description

This was the first cover I ever bought probably around 1993 or 1994 paid $120 for it, (and thought it was expensive). One of the few pieces in my collection that I bought from a dealer. I love how Ross Andru uses the fish to lead your eyes into Aquaman (the focal point)

This is an awesome example of how perfect Dick Giordano's inks were for Ross Andru's pencils. Just beautiful.

Beautiful cover! It has the fresh DC Bullet, the banner in stars, and the strip of characters on the side. Andru and Giordano did the same for Superman Family during the dollar book era so they knew how to sell a book through the cover alone.

Great cover. I didn't look at much Andru art after he left Amazing Spider-Man, but I really enjoy his DC work during this time period as well.

A Bronze Age beauty! I love DC covers from this era - which almost always feature Giordano's wonderful inks! Congrats!
