Description

Wonderful original inked first draft for the September 1964 one-pager "The Bigger the Beggar". Barks had already written the text in blue letters with a pen and the inked Scrooge was almost finished. Perhaps he wasn't happy with the first version and Scrooge's posture and decided on a new version later. Purchased in 2007 at auction from the estate of Jerry Weist Carl Barks. Certificate included by Barks Estate. To prove authenticity, Jerry Weist made a wonderful certificate for each item.
