Description

Jeff Dekal is a fine artist who flirts with comics...he typically does stylized photorealism with an abstract twist. Very unique style, and pristine pencil work. He told me that he had reference from a photo session with this pair of models and was always keeping this particular image in mind for the right piece. When he was tapped to do a Rogue and Gambit variant (1:50, I believe) he immediately went for that reference and created a piece that I think captures the relationship of these characters perfectly.

Yep, this pose works perfectly for the two of them. Congrats on getting the original for this! I know Dekal originals are hard to track down since he works digitally.

Gorgeous. Jeff does such great work. He made some bold choices here contrasting the two outfits but it works really well. I love it.
