A Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadians! What could be more fitting than the JSA and JLA having Thanksgiving Dinner.

This issue is a sequel to JLA/JSA: Virtue and Vice and I didn't know it until a comment from Shelton Bryant, but this is actually an homage to Norman Rockwell's "Freedom from Want" painting as part of his Four Freedoms series.

Who wouldn't want to have Thanksgiving with the JSA and JLA! This nostalgic cover reminds me of how great Geoff Johns's JSA run was--creative, fun, loaded with DC history, and respectful of the JSA's legacy. When I read this comic many years ago I didn't notice the Atom in the middle of the table. Now I see him thanks to your scan of the original art!

I especially like the Atom engaging with his friends and teammates from the center of the table. Carlos Pacheco is an undervalued illustrator —more than a mere journeyman.
