DescriptionJust picked up this fantastic sculpture inspired by one of Frazetta's most significant paintings, Man the Endangered Species, which originally appeared as cover art to author L. Ron Hubbard's classic novel “Battlefield Earth”. The piece depicts a savage alien confronting one of the last human heroes, Jonnie Goodboy Tyler and his partner and mate Chrissie. Created by sculptor Jeffrey Scott, with an assist from his colleagues at Gentle Giant Studios. Sold out limited edition of 50, created in 2003.#12 of 50 bronze statues 12 1/2"(H) x 18"(L) x 9"(W), mounted on a wooded base Social/Sharing |
