Description

Nick Derington's art just plain makes me happy. I'm so impressed by his color pencil illustrations. Although I'm not particularly a Mole Man fan, I really liked Derington's depiction of him here combined with the amazing rock formations and lighting. Derington is a master of what he does.

I remember seeing this one and immediately loving it. The Mole Man in his element so uniquely rendered in wonderful blue by Nick! Congrats!

Derington is just carving out the hard cave walls that frame up the malnourished Mole Man here who looks like a big doughy kid roaming the underground caves.
