The size that Sharp works in makes these mammoth scenes have even bigger impact! Aquaman is presented even more heroic in defiance of this threat!

What a powerful image of Aquaman facing a monstrous beast! Liam Sharp really knows how to create a dramatic confrontation! That top panel makes the monster seem almost impossible to stop. The tiny figure of Aquaman looks like he's going to die heroically! But then in the second panel we see that he has stopped the beastie in its tracks, jamming his trident between its teeth. A very simple one-two punch of a layout with maximum impact! Great pick-up, congrats!
