Description

When Stephens list opened I knew I couldn’t just get a Guts and with this particular character I always give the option of either Griffith or Femto, as the artist choice is always fascinating. Stephen went with Femto and the birth of Femto no less. His approach with this scene was fantastic especially the Easter egg (no pun intended) with the souls of all his sacrificed soldiers on the inside of his cocoon, just absolutely perfect!

Green gives the proper bad guy charisma to Femto, much like how the Antagonist get the more exciting lines in Milton's Paradise Lost. I would say that Green is channeling some of those illustrations for this piece of the rebirth.
